Car Sales and Leasing Executive – North Leigh

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our successful team at Go Green Leasing as a Car Sales and Leasing Executive in North Leigh covering all manufacturers of electric cars. The main purpose of the role is to manage incoming customer enquiries/leads. The sales executive is there to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service and appropriate information regarding their enquiry. The role has a direct impact on Sales Team performance and therefore impacts the success of the business.

The ideal candidate for this role of Car Sales and Leasing Executive will be resourceful, a good problem solver, organised and with the ability to work on multiple tasks. You will be highly organised and an efficient professional with a strong background in sales to fill what will become a busy role within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with both clients and individuals
  • Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
  • Follow internal process to completion, from order to delivery
  • Provide industry leading customer service
  • Maintain CRM system, recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects
  • Generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
  • Raise the profile and enhance the reputation of the business
  • Completing all e-learning and/or any other applicable training as requested

Selection criteria

  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence
  • Ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise. 
  • Experience of working within the Vehicle Leasing Industry/Motor industry is desirable

We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary starting at £18,000 - £25,000 with realist OTE circa of £50,000 which is uncapped.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern 9-5.30pm
  • Comprehensive training programme.
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

  • Office based.
